The Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite is a compact and lightweight netbook that hails from Sylvania’s top range of netbooks, as its name implies. The netbook is manufactured by Osram Sylvania, manufacturer of electrical equipment. It has a 10 inch display, an Intel Atom processor, 1 GB of RAM and a hard drive with 160 GB of capacity. The Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite comes pre-installed with Windows XP Home, a 6-cell battery for extended life and weighs less than 3 lbs. It is available in black. The Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite is suitable for use as a second or third device and is suitable for kids, students, and travellers.

The Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite measures 10.3 in x 7 in x 1 in (W x H x D) in dimension and weighs approximately 2.7 lbs. In terms of design, at the bottom corner below the keyboard, the Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite has a display of status indicators for Bluetooth, Wireless, Power On/ Off/ Suspend, Battery, Caps Lock, Num Lock, Scroll Lock, and HDD/ Optical Drive. There is also a web camera situated right above the main display, with a built-in microphone situated on the top right hand corner above the main display. On its left side, the Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite Kensington Lock, Power In port, fan vents, and two USB 2.0 ports. As for the right side, there is another USB 2.0 port, RJ-45 Ethernet Port, VGA port, 3.5 mm headphone jack, microphone jack and a media reader. There are more fan vents situated at the bottom of the Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite, with its built-in speakers also situated below at the bottom on both sides. The Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite has a 10 inch main display with a maximum WSVGA resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It also incorporates DDR2 technology memory with a size of 1 GB. As for its internal hard disk drive, the Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite incorporates one that has a capacity of 160 GB. The Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite operates on a genuine Windows XP Home operating system. It runs on an Intel Atom 1.6 GHz N270 processor of 512 KB L2 cache. In terms of graphics features, the Sylvania G Netbook MAGNI Elite also ohas integrated graphics via an Intel 945 GSE graphics card. Its web camera is of VGA resolution. Besides that, it also has a LAN port for integrated LAN and integrated wireless LAN connections via its RJ-45 Ethernet Connector which provides it a data transfer rate of 10/ 100 Mbps NIC.
