Sony will release new compact Alpha DSLR soon

Remember some time back Sony showed us how their new compact version of the Alpa would look like. Now, news is doing the rounds that Sony will soon release these compact Alpha DSLRs before summer enters. That would be just in time for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. This might be good news for many who want to use the camera since they first saw it or as crazy as this may sound, it will be excellent for those who will be attending the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
These compact Alpha DSLR have the newly-developed Exmor APS-C HD CMOS sensor. They can record videos of HD quality using the AVCHD format. Sony claims that these compact Alphas can fit interchangeable lenses which is why shots taken will be of DSLR quality. Sony earlier stated that these cameras will be out by the end of the year but looks like they have changed their mind in time for the 2010 World Cup. The World Cup is set to start off this year in June 11th.
