Motorola Droid Pro on pre-order now from Verizon

Great news for all those who have been eagerly awaiting this device; the Motorola Droid Pro is now available for preorder at Verizon. The device, which bears similar looks to RIM’s BlackBerry, is available online as well for preorders.

Verizon has been excited since last week by telling employers that an iconic device will soon land there and it turned out it was none other than the Motorola Droid Pro. Though many though by iconic, the mobile network provider was referring to Apple’s iPhone but that wasn’t the case.

Starting today, Verizon will already be taking orders for the Motorola Droid Pro. The device is slated to be in stores on November 18th. The Droid Pro comes with a QWERTY keyboard. It features a 3.1-inch display. It is powered by a 1 GHz OMAP 3620 CPU. It comes with 2GB of storage and 512MB RAM. It also features a 5MP camera capable of “DVD quality” video.
