Reviews
“A unique design and best-in-class calibration controls cannot quite make up for the lighter black levels of the LG 47LG60 47-inch flat-panel LCD TV.” (CNET, 2009)
“The LG 47LG60’s excellent color quality and HD picture detail is sure to please even the most critical viewer. LG’s new and improved menu system should also help both the casual TV watcher and the hardcore videophile (professional video calibrators, too) get the most from this set with little fuss. The extras that this stylish TV offers, including four HDMI ports and USB mass storage support for digital media files, only add to its appeal. Sure, the set has a limited selection of SD video inputs, and it’s not the cheapest 47-inch 1080p model, but no other LCD TV I’ve seen has delivered such strong high-definition performance.” (PCMag, 2008)
“All in all, I really like the LG 47LG60, especially its 10-point calibration system. Yes, I might wish for a few things like a lower black level, a complete CMS, and a less-reflective bezel, but otherwise, the 47LG60 is a fine LCD TV worthy of serious consideration.”(ultimateAVmag, 2008)
