The S12 it part of the IdeaPad S Series from Lenovo that is aimed to provide users wth a basic, lightweight and compact laptop at an affordable price. It is marketed as ideal for web browsing, email, homework, listening to music, and more – all on the go. The S12 comes with a 12.1 inch screen on its one inch think / 3.42 lbs form factor. The Lenovo IdeaPad S12 is designed to handle one’s basic day-to-day computing needs and is powered by an Intel® Atom™ Processor to provide users with lower power consumption and performance. The Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator handles image processing needs whether managing family photos or creating presentations. The 12.1 inch LED backlit WXGA screen provide users with ample room for movie watching, web surfing or getting a little homework done. Other features on the Lenovo IdeaPad S12 includes Dolby® Headphone™ that provides users with surround sound through any compatible set of headphones. The Dolby Pro Logic® II features on the netbook also enables users to listen to music, watch movies, or play video games with surround effects.
