The HP Vivienne Tam Special Edition netbook is the result of a collaboration between HP and world-renowned designer Vivienne Tam that claims to be the ultimate tech accessory for fashionistas. It sports a design that looks like a digital clutch and was first unveiled on the catwalk at Tam’s fashion show during New York’s Fashion week at Bryant Park. Not only that,even the netbook’s accessories and packaging are designed by Vivienne Tam. The top of the notebook is of peony flowers bursting against a gleaming red background. The peony design even extends inside the netbook and under the keypad. Other than that, the HP Vivienne Tam Special Edition also features a complementary embroidered storage sleeve that helps keep the exterior protected while being carried as a clutch. The HP Vivienne Tam Special Edition is inspired by Tam’s “China Chic” style, hence the peony design that symbolizes a unique blend of Asian and Western cultures, antiquity and moredn style, as well as technology and fashion.
