HP Palm Pre 2 To Be Released Unlocked For GSM Networks

Great news for all those who wanted the HP Palm Pre 2, but couldn’t due to the fact that they are in a GSM-based network. HP has announced that it will be releasing the Palm Pre 2 smartphone unlocked specially for GSM networks.

Verizon Wireless will soon be releasing HP Palm Pre 2 and at first, many fans of HP were disappointed that they wouldn’t be able to use the device in their GSM networks. The HP Palm Pre 2 is a webOS smartphone that was recently by Verizon Wireless.

Now that HP has announced that they would be releasing an unlocked version of the Palm Pre 2, fans would be able to use the phone freely with AT&T or T-Mobile. The HP Palm Pre 2 can be even used with a SIM card. This might proved helpful for countries where prepaid SIM cards are widely used. Stay tuned, we will update you on the device when it releases.
