Canon unveils new IXUS 1000 HS digital camera

Canon recently showed us its newest camera in the market, the IXUS 1000 HS. It forms part of the IXUS line of Zoom-In cameras. As we all know the IXUS line from Canon basically is aimed at those who love and enjoy taking pictures. Let’s see what the new IXUS 1000 HS has to offer and whether it can heavily compete with its rivals in the market.

Experts compared the IXUS 1000 HS to several popular digital cameras such as Nikon’s Coolpix S5100 and others. Many tend to think that the IXUS 1000 HS digital camera is just overpriced. This might be as the package that the camera comes in is a bit too plastic. The fact that there’s no delete function on the camera doesn’t make it worth its price. Moreover, the battery life doesn’t help boast the camera at all.

The Canon IXUS 1000 HS digital camera happens to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the IXUS brand. More on its good features; the digital camera comes with a 10-megapixel lens and 10X Zoom. The camera doesn’t take too long to start up. So what do you think, is this one for you?
