The Asus Eee PC 1002HA is the replacement of its predecessor, Asus Eee PC 1000HA. It features a large LED backlight display and keyboard. Not only that, it also incorporates Asus’ exclusive Super Hybrid Engine. There is also an F9 button system recovery for added assurance. The Asus Eee PC 1002HA comes in an elegant argent grey chassis with classy brushed aluminium finish. It also has 160 GB of HDD capacity as well as additional complementary online storage space to store, share and access data. The Asus Eee PC 1002HA comes in Argent Grey and Blue.

The Asus Eee PC 1002HA can either operate on a genuine Microsoft Windows XP operating system that comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007, or a GNU Linux operating system. It incorporates a 10.1 inch LED backlight display. Not only that, it also incorporates an Intel Atom N270 CPU and an Intel 945 GSE/ ICH 7- M chipset. In terms of wireless data network, the Asus Eee PC 1002HA can support WLAN 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v2.0. It also incorporates 1 GB of DDR2 memory. There is also a built-in 1.3 mega pixel webcam. In addition to that, it also has built-in stereo speakers, high-definition audio CODEC and a digital array microphone. The Asus Eee PC 1002HA also incorporates a built-in 4-in-1 flash card slot that can read MMC, SD, Memory Stick and MS-Pro memory cards. It operates on a Li-polymer battery which provides up to 5 hours of battery life, subject to product model, normal usage conditions and configurations. ASUS’s replacement to its popular Eee PC 1000H is more attractive and an equally capable performer.
